No Cost Spay/Neuter Program

ORHS pays for the sterilization of pets belonging to persons who meet one of the following qualifications:
low income
single mother
disabled
dependent on social security

Population(s) Served

ORHS rescues homeless animals from animal control, owner surrender and abuse situations. Animals are made current with vaccinations, spayed or neutered and provide all other care until adopted into forever homes.
