Programs and results
What we aim to solve
We have the opportunity to recognize our commonalities. to each other as opposed to being separated. False feelings of separation can prompt one to hurt another or themselves, not realizing the act propels ripples of negative energy and engulfs one's self in that same energy. There are poignant issues plaguing humanity that are unnecessary when assessed in comparison with the accelerated rate of technology. Suicide, depression and disparity are oftentimes initiated by feelings of loneliness, and seperation.
Our programs
What are the organization's current programs, how do they measure success, and who do the programs serve?
The Peace Poetry Project
The Peace Poetry Project is a national program that explores the definition of Peace and individual perspectives of its application. Participants write original Peace poetry and recite it in front of their peers. Some projects are recorded and some of the poems are posted on TheCG137.org site. 21st Century P.E.A.C.E. Techniques Training

Its tools enhance human connections and the inner and outer environment.
The techniques provide tools for guiding humanity towards embracing positively as a norm. Optimally, facilitators, educators, teachers, artists, and other leaders who serve communities can incorporate these tools into their portfolios.

Charting impact
Four powerful questions that require reflection about what really matters - results.
What is the organization aiming to accomplish?
Our Mission:
To collaborate with other educational, societal and environmental organizations to empower all people towards peace and unity through global projects: to provide a resource bank of facilitators offering workshops and seminars, developing responsible communities for peace and non-violence.
The Creators Gift 137's goal is to offer P.E.A.C.E. Techniques training to leaders to provide them with innovative tools to add to their portfolios to share with the communities they serve. We recognize the possible effects of inner conflict, and its ability to affect external circumstances. Those considerations in mind, we provide services on three platforms: consultation (education) (one to one, groups, pairs, workshops, training); informational theater (visual; and interactive literary, and leadership building projects (creative).
What are the organization's key strategies for making this happen?
Our strategies for accomplishing our goal consists of offering P.E.A.C.E. techniques - (Perspectives Embracing Agreement Cause Enlightenment) via the following services:
1. Peace Consultation: using Peace techniques participants are guided on a path of self exploration, perspective awareness and nonjudgmental through conversation, exercises and examples. The consultations are offered via individual, pair, and group sessions, trainings, workshops, and seminars). Audiences consists of youth and adults, educational, corporate and informal settings.
Colored Lives - a Choreopoem, is an example of Peace in action. It is a 2 hour theatrical production that is available as a full production, read and performance read. It is encouraged to have a discussion after performances.
The Peace Poetry Project - uses poetry as a vehicle for participants to express Peace in their words to their peers and an audience. Participants can also choose the option of having their presentation recorded. Poems can be written individually or as a group.
What are the organization's capabilities for doing this?
21st Century P.E.A.C.E. techniques were developed by Dada Ra and their effectiveness has been proven over the years nationally, from NY to California and in between. Whether it is through TheCG137, other companies, or personally; presentations, facilitation, counseling, coaching, or training, Dada applies her P.E.A.C.E. techniques.
Founder of The Creators Gift 137, Dada has an M.Ed in Instructional Design and a B.S. in Global Social Justice & Civic Engagement. Including facilitating and consulting through The Creators Gift 137, Dada has applied her P.E.A.C.E. techniques on various occasions, such as with Covenant House, the NYC Board of Education a methadone clinic, street outreach consulting; as a Corporate Virtual Trainer for the 2020 Census; and she has facilitated to inmates.
Dada's experience and the incorporation of quantum physics validate her concepts scientifically and practically. is the determining factor of The Creators Gift 137's ability to
to develop her inner-peace awareness theory with the application of quantum physics to provide an option for people desiring a path to diminish inner conflict. Her inner peace awareness theory has been effectively offered to participants
What have they accomplished so far and what's next?
Thus far the latest confirmation of the effectiveness of our inner peace awareness awakening process has been with inmates at DeKalb County jail inmates in Georgia. Direct feedback received from the inmates provided confirmation of our desired results. Services offered were The Peace Poetry Project and workshops.
We have provided The Peace Poetry Project in schools, and establishments to youth and adults in Atlanta, GA; New Orleans, LA; Oakland and Laytonville, CA; Dallas, TX; and Little Rock, AR.
Colored Lives has been performed in New York, Maryland, and Atlanta. GA.
Peace Consultations have been provided to various groups and individuals in business and informal settings.
Now that we have services that are proven effective, our next phase is the development of future leaders to offer our services to others as representatives of The Creators Gift 137. This is direct alignment with our mission: To collaborate with other educational, societal and environmental organizations to empower all people towards peace and unity through global projects: to provide a resource bank of facilitators offering workshops and seminars, developing responsible communities for peace and non-violence.
We are midway to completion of OPAT our Online Peace Ambassador Training targeted at Generation Z learners or older. Optimally our participants are human services practitioners, who have facilitated workshops, and provided counsel to individuals, couples and/or groups. Learners will have the option to use the skills they learn to facilitate services offered by The Creators Gift 137 (TheCG137.org). The skills are also applicable to enhance counseling, teaching and motivational environments.
Learners who complete this course will be have the option to become:
• Level I – Peace Ambassadors – facilitators of workshops/presentations, and The Peace Poetry Project.
• Level II – Peace Consultants – provide consultations and level I services.
Upon completion of the development of OPAT, we intend to initiate the course at a physical location (tbd). After implementation we will study our results and adjust the course according to our findings.

- We analyze disaggregated data and root causes of race disparities that impact the organization's programs, portfolios, and the populations served.
- We disaggregate data to adjust programming goals to keep pace with changing needs of the communities we support.
- We employ non-traditional ways of gathering feedback on programs and trainings, which may include interviews, roundtables, and external reviews with/by community stakeholders.
- We have long-term strategic plans and measurable goals for creating a culture such that one’s race identity has no influence on how they fare within the organization.
- We use a vetting process to identify vendors and partners that share our commitment to race equity.
- We have a promotion process that anticipates and mitigates implicit and explicit biases about people of color serving in leadership positions.
- We seek individuals from various race backgrounds for board and executive director/CEO positions within our organization.
- We have community representation at the board level, either on the board itself or through a community advisory board.
- We help senior leadership understand how to be inclusive leaders with learning approaches that emphasize reflection, iteration, and adaptability.
- We engage everyone, from the board to staff levels of the organization, in race equity work and ensure that individuals understand their roles in creating culture such that one’s race identity has no influence on how they fare within the organization.
