Adult Day Training

A recreation/leisure based program with natural learning
opportunities provided via a variety of facility and
community based activities.

assistance from an Employment Specialist to maintain long term
employment in the community.

The Workshop Program provides participants with paid job
training, meaningful work, and skill building activities:

SubContract Program
This program provides local outsourcing for area
businesses with packaging, assembly, sealing, sorting,
piecework and much more!

Janitorial Training Program
This janitorial program is a facility based work crew that
teaches janitorial skills in preparation for entry-level
community employment.

Woodshop Program
The Woodshop constructs and sells custom wood
products such as grade stakes, pallets, trellises, vent
boards, and picnic tables.

Designed for the person who lives in their own home.
Provides ongoing support needed to live independently
and safely in the community. This includes medical/
medication/money management, grocery shopping,
obtaining benefits, and accessing community resources.

LARC owns and operates two residential group home. Both
homes provide room, board and 24 hour supervision in a person centered, home environment. Residents are provided with life skills training, including meal preparation, home making skills, personal hygiene, medication awareness, budgeting and health care management. Residents regularly participate in various community inclusion and recreational activities of their choice.
