Five powerful questions that require reflection about what really matters - results.

What is the organization aiming to accomplish?

The Judeo Christian Health Clinic strives to continue providing a high level of care through volunteer doctors, dentists, advanced practice nurses, RN's, LPN's and others. The Clinic will continue to serve the uninsured population in Tampa who cannot afford health insurance, including those plans offered through the affordable care act. Many individuals continue to struggle with lack of access to care. The Judeo Christian Health Clinic aims to continue providing a safety net for those hardworking uninsured individuals.

The Clinic is working to broaden its network of volunteers and community organizations who provide care to JCHC patients through time and pro bono services. We follow the guiding prinicipal that, "if everyone would give a little bit, no one person or organization would have to give a lot."

The Clinic has proudly served the Tampa Bay area with free healthcare to the working poor for 44 years. The Clinic does not receive government or United Way funding, and instead relies on foundation grants, charitable individuals and its own fundraising efforts to meet Clinic financial needs.

The Clinic continues to operate out of a facility behind St. John's Presbyterian Church, but also refers clinic patients to the offices of volunteers who are willing to see our patients free of charge. The Clinic tracks patient visits and referrals in statistical reports that are reported quarterly. Soon the Clinic will be capable of tracking healthcare statistics through the introduction of an electronic medical record system recently made available by grant funding.

The Clinic provides primary, specialty, dental, vision, and pharmaceutical care and recorded just over 36,000 patient visits last fiscal year alone. We hope to continue providing quality patient care while continuing process improvement and thus patient and volunteer experiences with the Clinic.
