Food for Kids: School Backpack Program

Food for Kids provides children, identified by their teacher, counselor, or school nurse, as living in a food-insecure environment with backpacks filled with child-friendly, nutritious foods on Fridays to last weekends away from school.  The program is designed to meet the needs of children who rely on resources - such as the free school meal program - as their only, or only reliable, source of food.

The Food, Health & Hygiene pantry provides commodities to low-to-no income families, including perishable and nonperishable groceries, personal hygiene products, and over-the-counter medications.
