Bakersfield Kern Regional Homeless Collaborative

Building a future where every person in Kern County has a place to call home

aka Bakersfield Kern Regional Homeless Collaborative   |   Bakersfield, CA   |  https://bkrhc.org

Mission

BKRHC is a group of individuals, organizations and government agencies who work together to fight homelessness in our community. We have a plan to reverse the surge of homelessness that has hit Kern County by preventing homelessness first, establishing trusted relationships with people experiencing homelessness through outreach and engagement, getting them into housing and providing them the services and support they need for long-term stability. At the end of the day, there isn’t any simple solution. But that doesn’t mean the situation is hopeless. Together, we will reduce the impacts of homelessness and build a future where every person in Kern County has a permanent place to call home.
