Our calls range from someone being lonely and just wanting to talk, to someone thinking about suicide.  Our volunteers are trained to handle any kind of call.  With the aid of highly trained support volunteers who intercede and aid the telephone worker if needed.  The Mobile Crisis Team supports our volunteers when suicidal or seriously mentally ill person requires more immediate attention from a professional.
