Goals & Strategy

Charting impact

Four powerful questions that require reflection about what really matters - results.

CASA has a long term goal of providing a voice in court for every abused and neglected child who needs one. Although we are only serving 50% of our current referrals, we feel that we will reach our goal.

CASA is consistently recruiting and training more community volunteers. In addition, a great emphasis is placed on volunteer retention and mobilization.

We have restructured staff to better recruit, train and retain our volunteers. Each volunteer has a mentor, supervisor and program director for support and supervision.

We are still only serving 50% of our referrals for each county even though we are making strides towards serving every child who needs a CASA.
