ICM exists in order to serve the church, then community by discipling and equipping its leaders. (Purpose)
ICM has at its core is the following: Servanthood, Teamwork, Empowerment, Mission, Commitment, and Excellence. (Values)
ICM seeks a future where leaders who are leading their churches and communities to fulfill the Great Commission by committing their lives to obeying the Great Commandment to Love God and love others. (Vision)
