Charting impact

Four powerful questions that require reflection about what really matters - results.

Work to address the Education, Health and Financial Stability needs in our community by raising funds from individual donors and corporations. We then partner with nearly 30 non-profit organizations and spread the funds we have raised over those almost 30 agencies to address those needs.

We assess the most pressing needs in our community every 5 years by conducting and extensive Community Needs Assessment. We then build a Strategic Plan to address the most important and pressing needs found within our research.

Our organization has been working to address the most pressing health and human service needs in our community for over 75 years.

We have raised over $200 Million dollars over the past 75 years to work at addressing our communities most pressing health and human service needs.
