TEACHER APPRECIATION
PROVIDE SPECIAL APPRECIATION TO OUR TEACHERS FOR ALL THEY DO FOR OUR STUDENTS THROUGH MEALS AND TREATS.

What is the organization aiming to accomplish?
Our goal is to support the students and teachers of the Fairhope Elementary and Fairhope Intermediate Schools through fundraising and volunteer hours.
What are the organization's key strategies for making this happen?
Our strategies for meeting our goals include recruiting volunteers and effectively communicating with parents, teachers, administrations, and volunteers. They also include limiting our fundraisers to only those that are effective in raising money.
What are the organization's capabilities for doing this?
Our capabilities are hampered by the schools having their own fundraisers that are not controlled or performed with the PTC, but we continue to look for ways to enhance those fundraisers as well.
What have they accomplished so far and what's next?
We are making great progress in completing our goals every year through the use of great volunteers. We have administrations at both schools who also support our efforts.
