Charting impact

Four powerful questions that require reflection about what really matters - results.

Reduce the extremely high rate of child abuse in our small community. Provide training to adults, support the children who have been abused...make life better for children and families in crisis.

We recently implemented a new MDT Enhancement Project to allow our center to begin advocating for children and families earlier in the process. We have hired two new employees along with this project and continue to update ourselves through trainings and conferences.

We are continuing our education through the National Children's Alliance and CAC of Ms, as well as participating in trainings that will allow us to facilitate more programs concerning outreach. We are also shadowing other CAC's that are accredited so we can begin the process of being accredited ourselves.

We have trained over 400 adults in a three county area in darkness to light, conducted over 500 forensic interviews and assisted over 1500 family members in the last 12 months.
