Suncoast Charities for Children provides direct financial support to six local non-profit agencies offering programs and services to children, teens, and adults with special needs and their families. It also provides funding to the Suncoast Foundation to help support necessary maintenance and capital expenditures at these local non-profit agencies.

Our goals are to stay true to our mission of fundraising and expand our reach to event sponsors and our donor base. Key focus areas are as follows:

• Secure financial support through non-event revenue sources.
• Increase overall event sponsorship commitments by 10% (inclusive of all special events).
• Expand engagement and overall reach on social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram,
Twitter).
• Increase the amount of direct program/service allocations i n addition to maintaining a strong
level of financial support to the Suncoast Foundation.
• Expand and strengthen community partnerships.
• Expand fundraising efforts, and outcomes measurement of programs/services, within Manatee
and South Sarasota County.
