Chain-Off Wichita Falls repairs and builds fences for pet owners whose dogs live on chains. Chained dogs are most commonly abused, neglected, and live a very lonely life. This program helps a minimum of 36 families per year and the results are immediately gratifying when dogs are granted freedom from life on a chain.

The PETS Pantry will open December 2010 to provide pet food to owners who are struggling to feed their companion animals. Our mission is to help pet owners keep and maintain their pets who are vital to their own happiness and wellbeing. Hunger is a nationwide epidemic. Fortunately, there are a number of wonderful organizations devoted to providing food to people. We are teaming up with these organizations to reach the animals behind the hungry people. We will be delivering food monthly to pet owners receiving Meals on Wheels and offer food for pick up during normal clinic hours. Animals must be spayed and neutered and pet owners must demonstrate appropriate need by showing proof of low income, government assistance, or temporary hardship.
