Ouachita Children, Youth, and Family Services serves our most vulnerable population throughout Arkansas providing advocacy, safety, and skill building activities that empower them to achieve lifelong success.

Emergency Shelter

Basic shelter services including room, board, nutritious meals and snacks, prevention/intervention groups, clothing and medical needs when appropriate.  Youth age 6 through 17 (up to 18) may stay up to 90 days each 6 month period.

Educational support groups are free and open to both OCC shelter residents and the community. Referrals from schools, juvenile courts, and other community agencies are encouraged. All groups are held either at the OCC Training Center in Hot Springs or Clark County Offices. Snacks and supper are served in the after-school and summer programs. Call 501-623-5591 for information.
