YouthCUE's mission is to equip student choir directors with tools and resources to develop healthy, vibrant, Christ-centered student choirs in the communities they serve.

In 2014, YouthCUE will launch CUEweb, an innovative web-based collaborative platform offering a wealth of tools and resources to sustain and grow youth choir programs throughout North America. YouthCUE is aiming to involve over 1,500 youth from throughout the United States in a variety of effective programs at the local, national and international levels.

Fundraising at all levels is a huge goal each and every year. Every member of the YouthCUE staff serves as a development officer each day. We are aiming to increase aggregate giving in 2014 by 20%.

We must continue expanding our donor pool through both horizontal and vertical growth. We need to be reaching out to like-minded donors constantly, while also keeping our current donors engaged with the impact we are having on the lives of youth.

Furthermore, we must continue to reach out to emerging youth choir directors throughout the United States to introduce YouthCUE to them and show them the resources we have to help them grow and sustain their youth choir programs. Reaching directors effectively will allow us to continue to grow organically now and in the future.

YouthCUE has a long history and excellent reputation of exceptional programs for youth choirs directors and the youth they serve. With almost 25 years of ministry experience and a dedicated team of program and business professionals, YouthCUE is well-positioned to energize and engage today's youth choir directors and tomorrow's, as well.

YouthCUE's progress will be defined by our ability to engage current and future donors and youth choir directors in our programs. Long-term, our success will be determined by our ability to identify individuals who can succeed current leadership and retain the identity the organization has built over the past 25 years.

Fundraising continues to be a healthy challenge. We have successfully identified many donors at all levels of giving, as well as grown our program participation numbers significantly over the past several years. YouthCUE needs to continue to exercise fiscal prudence and restraint, as well as begin the work to start an endowment fund to ensure this work will continue well into the future.
