THIS PROGRAM PROVIDES CHILD CARE RESOURCES AND A REFERRAL NETWORK PROMOTING SERVICES BENEFICIAL TO PARENTS AND EMPLOYERS IN THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA. THE PROGRAM PROVIDES PROVIDER SERVICES FOR TRAINING, TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE AND BUSINESS ADVICE.
