What are the organization's current programs, how do they measure success, and who do the programs serve?

Program 1

Construction of Cyber Cafe in Dushanbe, Tajikistan. This has been our main project for nearly a decade. It is to reciprocate for a Tajik Teahouse given by Dushanbe to Boulder. The expenditures have been capitalized, not expensed. *Explanation: In 2007 the City of Dushanbe changed the site for the Cyber Cafe from the original to a new location. This required scrapping the planning that had already been done for the first site.

Donation of food and medical aid to Tajikistan, during their terrible winter of 2008. It is estimated that 10,000 meals were supplied. The medical aid went to the only medical school in Tajikistan, and it is estimated that some 100 students were benefited by the donation.
