La Frontera_EMPACT-SPC
EMPACT's service areas include outpatient counseling, psychiatric services, crisis intervention, case management, prevention, residential behavioral health facility for substance abuse, education and training. Some of our programs are -- 24-hour crisis and suicide hotlines, sexual assault hotline, Survivors of Suicide support groups, Rally Point AZ Veteran Program, intensive substance abuse treatment, intensive family therapy, youth skill building groups, behavioral and physical health integration, isolated elders identification and referral. We sponsor the Southwestern Schools for Behavioral Health Studies Conference every year in early fall. We serve all age ranges and the vast majority of clients are low-income individuals, at-risk youth, children and families involved with DCS, and families with multiple challenges who reside within Maricopa County.
