Charting impact

Four powerful questions that require reflection about what really matters - results.

1. Serving people who are homeless with compassion, even as the organization grows.
2. Being an advocate, city wide) for increase in PSH (permanent Supportive Housing).
3. Increase revenue from corporations and businesses.

1. Just completed strategic planning for the next 5 years.
2. Following strategic plan, board members committed to connect Trinity Center with corporations and businesses known to them.
3. Board members committed to bring at least 1-2 new guests to the yearly fundraising event.
4. Staff, mainly ED and Case Management Supervisor, attend city-wide focused meetings.
5. Staff meet weekly and on a yearly two-day-retreat to assess programs, attitude and performance in according to the agency's mission and vision.

Both staff and board are deeply committed to the unique approach of Trinity Center to service.
The budget allows for trainings.
Board members were deeply engaged in the recent strategic planning and seems re-committed to the growth of the agency as detailed in the SP.

Trinity Center is known well and used by all other service providers to the population of people who are homeless in Austin.
A strong positive feedback was given very recently (March-April 2018) by partnering agencies, service seekers, staff and volunteers that was a part of a strategic plan that Trinity Center just completed.
Our services, as well as our budget and revenues increased in each of the last consecutive seven years.
We doubled the budget for direct financial assistance to the people we serve and we are at capacity in how many people come to Trinity Center each day.
