Pet Adoptions and Rescues
This program aims at adopting as many stray, homeless, & unwanted cats & dogs as possible from within Bandera County. Each pet is spayed/neutered, vaccinated & micro-chipped before adoption. All dogs are tested for heartworms & treated if needed. All cats are tested for feline leukemia. All sick or injured animals are treated before being put up for adoption. Most pets can listed on our web site at http://www.ccpal.petfinder.com.
Dog Obedience Classes
C.C. with several going on to pass their American Kennel Club Canine Good Citizen Test. Many of our adoptable pets also take the training. Several owners have told us that they have decided to keep their dogs after they have been through the classes instead of trying to get rid of them.
Cans for Canines
