Our mission is to solve racial and social-economic equity gaps by training, funding, and growing small businesses owned and operated by diverse founders. We achieve this through our small business growth accelerator and support services that provide businesses access to core curriculum, connections, and capital to help their businesses grow.

Founders First Challenge.

Challenge is for entrepreneurs with established businesses, earning between $50K and $250K in annual revenue, who want to achieve growth. 60-day Mini-Accelerator Program consists of four (4) workshops where you will learn how to work ON your business, not just IN your business! The program completes with a Pitch and Graduation Event with the opportunity to compete for up to $5000 cash and service prizes. Includes 18-months of post-program support coaching and support.

Bootcamp is for entrepreneurs with established businesses, earning a minimum of $250K in annual revenue who want to achieve rapid growth. 90 Day, 12-weekly online group sessions. Culminates with onsite Pitch and Graduation Event with the opportunity to compete for up to $7500 cash and service prizes. Includes 9 months of post-program support coaching and support.

FastPath is for B2B, service-based companies with annual revenues in excess of $1 million. The program focuses on the role of a diverse Founder/Owner, President, and CEO leading a business that has progressed beyond the startup phase. The cohort-based program consists of five (5) modules over 4-weeks that focuses on business growth. The FastPath program draws upon the expertise of its founders, facilitators, and industry research to provide a hands-on learning experience. FastPath is designed to provide skills, tools and perspectives that support large-scale growth, as well as preparation and application to potential funding sources in support of business growth. It is designed to help you define the DNA of the growth behaviors and evaluate how these behaviors are facilitating or inhibiting a sustainable growth system within your organization.
