Charting impact

Four powerful questions that require reflection about what really matters - results.

Program goals.

Children's program goals include continuing to raise funds so that we can help more under-served children this year, that are in need of assistance.

Fantastic Teeth Fan Club goals include increasing the number of children we reach annually. The program teaches first-grade children the importance of oral health, which reduces serious dental health issues later in life.

Parent Autism training program goals include raising more awareness about the program to those who may need our services.

The organization also hired a fundraising professional who's main goal is to raise money and awareness. An approved development plan has already been completed.

Our strategies include the following:
Children's Program - increase the number of children served by improving our marketing messages to reach more families in need, and by directly targeting the messages. By increasing awareness, the number of kids helped will increase as well.

Fantastic Teeth Fan Club - increase the number of children served by increasing the number of schools and masonic lodges that currently participate. This will be done by direct marketing to the lodges in Texas as well as the school nurses in elementary schools in Texas.

Parent Autism Training Program - a partnership with Child Study Center to provide services as we provide the funding. The goal is to raise awareness, through medical professionals, schools, psychologists. this includes personalized mailings to potential partners that could help us reach our target audience.

Our growth strategy includes building a development program that focuses on increasing our revenue by increasing the number of foundations approached and asked, building donor relations, branding the organization to increase recognition/contributions, as increased funds mean more people helped.

MCFS has moved office locations and is working on brand recognition - starting with improved signage on the building, plans to upgrade the website, improve communications with potential donors and partners in an effort to help more children as the result.
