Preventive Healthcare

Program provides a variety of wellness screenings, lab services and other preventive health care services for the older adult population to ensure overall general well-being. Educational programs directed at older adults also conducted.

Seniors

Counseling services by a licensed counselor providing care to those caring for a loved one facing dementia issues or other physical ailments. Individual counseling sessions as well as a Caregiver Support Group are offered. This program is intended for older adults when either the caregiver OR the care recipient is 60 years or older.

Program designed to serve seniors who are identified as "at risk". This could be housing, financial, emotional or social. 90% of the seniors are facing housing issues and being displaced. Hoarding issues are also addressed
