Charting impact

Four powerful questions that require reflection about what really matters - results.

Austin Street Center's goal is to provide safe shelter and meet the basic needs of the most vulnerable homeless. Austin Street Center accomplishes this by continuing to track and increase activity in the following areas:
- Total Individuals Served
- Case Management Sessions
- Connector Rides Completed
- Individuals served during Inclement Weather
- Individuals housed
- Clients gaining employment
- Outreach Team Encounters
- Diversions from Shelter

Austin Street Center's strategy is two fold. Treat every client with dignity and respect, and maintain a housing first approach to resolving homelessness. All of Austin Street Center's efforts, activity, and programs align to these two points.
