What we aim to solve

SOURCE: Self-reported by organization

Research shows and physicians agree that wish trips have both a positive and long-term health benefit and improve quality of life for kids who receive them. Kidd’s Kids provides group trips for the entire family, who due to the on-going financial impact of caring for a sick child, would never be able to take a trip like this without our organization. The friendships they make provide them with an ongoing support network. The hope and beautiful memories these trips create enable, empower, and energize the children, their families and their community.

Charting impact

Four powerful questions that require reflection about what really matters - results.

Our goal is to continue to be able to provide all expense paid group trips to Walt Disney World. Our goal is to also build programs to provide on-going support to the kids and families we serve.

Our key strategy is to involve more corporate donors in Kidd’s Kids Day and to more build more volunteer opportunities for corporations. We are using the musical talents of our CEO and her individual platform to raise awareness and donations through her music. We are working to continue to improve our presence on social media and to take advantage of various programs such as Google Ad grants and Amazon Smiles. For the first time we are embarking on a campaign to reach Chief Relationship Officers at corporations to increase employer/employee match programs. We are also working with partnering with other non-profits to raise awareness.

We have a small but passionate staff who are dedicated to the mission of the organization. In addition to the many talents of our CEO, we have promotional support from the nationally syndicated Kidd Kraddick Morning Show which reaches a network of over 2M radio listeners weekly. We have expertise in media and continue to improve our on-line and social media presence.

We have created beautiful memories and provided hope and happiness to over 1000 sick children and over 5000 family members. 2021 is our 30th year and we plan on the organization to continue for many years to come. We have had a long standing relationship with the nationally syndicated Kidd Kraddick Morning Show and a volunteer medical support staff who take all the worry out of the group trip. We also have the support of Southwest Airlines who provides a charter flight for the trip and individual travel passes for families unable to take the charter.
