World Wide Youth Camps, Inc. dba YouthReach International

aka YouthReach International   |   Grayson, GA   |  http://www.youthreach.org

Mission

YouthReach International exists to partner with donors, volunteers, and churches to establish local mentoring communities which equip vulnerable youth for success in life through spiritual development, positive role models, and practical life skills.

Notes from the nonprofit

Our ministry's staff are all responsible for raising their financial support through what we call "Ministry Partner Development." The organization receives and accounts for the funds but each staff member is able to set their personal compensation goals and, once approved by the board, they are paid what they raise up the amount of their goal. If they raise less than their goal then they are paid only what they raise. Our organization, through grant writing, events, social media, etc. raises operational funding for programs in addition to what staff members raise. This is our plan and allows us to care for our team, grow our network and live/work within the means we are provided.

As stated in our Ministry Plan, our Development Strategy is:

DEVELOPMENT STRATEGY

ORGANIZATIONAL CONVICTIONS
• The task of development must be seen through spiritual eyes above all else
• The purpose of development is to create partnerships with people to accomplish the mission and vision God has given us
• The focus of development will always be relational in nature

ORGANIZATIONAL AND INDIVIDUAL STRATEGY
With personal funding provided by each employee’s personal support team and programs funded by event, online, and indirect funding initiatives, YouthReach International will operate within our means, add staff in the best interest of the ministry, deepen programs as opportunity arises, and steward with responsibility and excellence all that God has entrusted to us.

Charting impact

Four powerful questions that require reflection about what really matters - results.

We will create local mentoring movements led by local leaders, empowered by local resources for the purposes of solving the orphan crisis locally.

We locate, train, mobilize and release local servant leaders to build appropriate ministry models to solve the orphan crisis locally.

We are able to leverage our expertise in conjunction with our partner network to help local leaders connect with local people of resource and influence.

We have created a model that can be multiplied. We have now seen one of our mentoring communities become fully self-sufficient financially so we know the model works.
