What are the organization's current programs, how do they measure success, and who do the programs serve?

Make A Difference Day

A community wide day of service where over 500 volunteers come together to serve 20-25 agencies. They perform tasks to help the organization meet it's goals. We provide project grants to pay for supplies and the whole community celebrates afterwards with "After-parties" hosted by local restaurants.

Population(s) Served

Supporting Collin County nonprofits by hosting a North Texas Giving Day event each year where people can meet the nonprofits and learn more about them in a fun, outdoor atmosphere.

Population(s) Served
Adults

Volunteer McKinney provides a special evening to recognize local volunteers, businesses, and nonprofits for their outstanding contributions to our community. Nominations are received over a 1 year time period. We bring our community together to celebrate the top 3 nominees. Our program provides an opportunity for nonprofits to recognize their dedicated volunteers and celebrate them.
