Home visits and case management

We visit patients with chronic illnesses and disabilities at home.  For patients with HIV infection or TB with make sure they keep their appointments, take their medications, and followup as needed.  We provide training, materials, education, transportation, and other help as needed.

This program will provide care for 100 pregnant women during and after their delivery, women who would have received no care.  They will be screened and treated for diseases such as hypertension, malaria, and HIV.  They and their children will be vaccinated and receive health education and training.

This program helps to provide transportation, food, medication, and other help so that people living in Burma with life threatening conditions can receive care in hospitals in Thailand.

We provide health care to patients and their families with serious and chronic illnesses.  We also provide education to teachers and students in local schools and to villagers in their own villages.
