Our mission is to help people currently and previously incarcerated and their families get justice in our criminal justice and prison system. WWNG Up Inc. works daily with the NJ DOC and other state agencies legislatures and communities fighting for policies that will provide all people with the justice they deserve and guaranteed in this country by the Constitution and laws of the United States.

What are the organization's current programs, how do they measure success, and who do the programs serve?

Program 1

The Just Mercy Campaign allowed our organization to further advocate for prisoners and ex-offenders. We advocated and spread awareness for sentencing reform prison health care treatment of prisoners parole issues family reunification housing and support for families. We were able to garner much community support through this campaign.

Covid 19 community engagement Campaign ran from April 2020-December 2020. This campaign supported those in the community dealing wiyth financial hardships due to the pandemic. We were able to provide food to over 1000 individuals and families support over 50 people during financial hardships and provided education to the community regarding staying safe and distant during the pandemic.
