Our programs

SOURCE: Self-reported by organization

What are the organization's current programs, how do they measure success, and who do the programs serve?

Education

Our intensive, individualized programs have been developed specifically to address the issues that face our students. We have the ability to work with these young people on a focused one-to-one level with trained staff and specially designed facilities. Our goal is to help them become more self-reliant with their families, schools, and communities. We have two school campuses, one in San Jose and one in Palo Alto, where we serve children from Santa Clara, San Mateo, Alameda and Santa Cruz counties. Education and Mental Health programs:
Special Education School Program
Highly structured classrooms offer intensive instruction tailored to individual students with special challenges. Students and staff work together to achieve goals in academic, vocational, behavioral, communication, social and life skills.
Mental Health Outpatient Program
Counselors serve families and students with mental health disorders including schizophrenia, chronic depression, learning or attention deficits, and obsessive/compulsive disorder. Clients can be served as part of their Special Education Program, as an outpatient or services are offered at some local public schools.
