Mission

Our Vision is to provide the youth in our community with a scientific based instructional transition plan that is flexible and adaptable to the needs of industry and society; that will give them the guidance they need to reach financial responsibility and independence to make the transition from high school to adulthood, to succeed in exposing them to the hidden rules that will lead them out of economic poverty in the 21st century. Through our relationship with local community partners, we will build a strong network for our youth.

WIP's programs include the following:TP to the Workforce Development, TP for Education & Career Development, TP for Living Independently, TP for Entrepreneurship and Financial & Economic Management Enrichment programThese programs are scientifically designed to assist the youth to be better prepared for adulthood.  As they leave high school, we aid in giving them the needed educational skills necessary to compete globally or to become employable in a high technological, skilled workforce. Our staff works with professional educators, local businesses, community service providers, and churches, to close the communication, employment, and educational gaour youth are aware of what resources are available to them.
