Kenya and Uganda children's, widows and leaders needs from clean water-school fees and medicine, food, shelter, agriculture and sub sustainable projects.

What is the organization aiming to accomplish?
Heart 2 Heart Hand N Hand Intl is dedicated in helping children, youth and leaders in Maliki Village, Kenya and Kagoma, Uganda with our partners providing food/ agriculture, medicine, education, shelter, clothing, staff trainings and counseling.
The children and youth will become productive adults in their communities/countries giving back to other children and youth they come to help.
What are the organization's key strategies for making this happen?
Make a business plan for each of the projects with partners.
Providing hope, stability and opportunity to empower African communities with children, youth and leaders through fund raising, project visitations to sit yearly as the directors and various volunteers.
We use our website, brochures, business cards, social media, bi- yearly/yearly fundraisers, meetings at local coffee shops and word of mouth.
Partners give expense reports monthly on projects as well as yearly reports.
What are the organization's capabilities for doing this?
Dedicated people on the ground and donors. Fundraising, social media, visiting projects on the ground, great photos and videos from our partners, keeping donors informed with newsletters/social media/emails quarterly, phone calls, visiting businesses.
Partners give expense reports monthly as well as on each project as well as yearly reports.
Look at the needs first, then fundraise. Brainstorm with board members and volunteers. Seek help from various professionals.
What have they accomplished so far and what's next?
The accomplishments these past four years have been:
Keeping kids/youth/leaders fed, clothed, educated,
bedding, mosquito nets,medications/Doctors/Dentists, sanitary supplies, household cleaners, growing food, raising animals, solar project, water project, sewing project, charcoal projects for cooking, building projects.
Training for staff and leaders on the ground, personal needs of leaders and stay on the ground for directors from USA to East Africa.
