What is the organization aiming to accomplish?
We Care Food Pantry, Inc. is dedicated to assuring that no one in our area goes hungry. We also provide household necessities and other types of support.
What are the organization's key strategies for making this happen?
We Care Food Pantry, Inc. Board of Directors and the large number of community volunteers dedicated to these important goals provide funding, physical labor and strategic support for those in need in our community.
What are the organization's capabilities for doing this?
We Care Food Pantry, Inc. is extremely fiscally responsible and plans carefully for the future of the organization and the needs of the community.
What have they accomplished so far and what's next?
We Care Food Pantry, has grown from a small emergency pantry to the largest food pantry in Citrus County serving the poorest section of our County. Not only do we provide food and basic necessities to one quarter of the county's neediest citizens, we also have built a large warehouse that we have provided to the Community Food Bank of Citrus County so they can serve the other food pantries across the county.
