Mission

Chaplain Fellowship Ministries recruits, trains, certifies, licenses, ordains and legally empowers men and women as Chaplains and Ministers to serve in their chosen field of ministry. CFMI does this by providing qualified Chaplains and Ministers with the legal documentation they need to serve as Chaplains and Ministers in their own ministry of presence. This will legally enable CFMI Chaplains and Ministers to respond in their own communities when a crisis or disaster strikes. Chaplain Fellowship also recruits chaplains for the United States military, hospice, nursing homes, law enforcement, federal agencies, fire departments, emergency services and community ministries. DISASTER RESPONSE CHAPLAINS: CFMI recruits and trains chaplains as disaster responder chaplains and emergency services chaplains. Our trained chaplains respond within their own communities or where ever disasters strike, such as hurricane Katrina, hurricane Rita, hurricane Ike, hurricane Lee, The Virginia Tech Shooting and the Fort Hood terrorist attack. CFMI Chaplains have responded to all of these disasters and many others. TRAINING: CFMI offers training to Chaplains and Ministers in different fields of ministry. Such as disaster response, crisis intervention, hospice, nursing home, public safety, pastoral crisis counseling, cultural sensitivity and spirituality, prison ministry, community chaplaincy and bullying.
