We protect and preserve the natural landscape and cultural assets of the ahupua`a of `Iole. Lele O Kohala Youth Leadership Program

Kohala is the famed homeland of many of Hawaiʻi’s most accomplished leaders, including Kamehameha the Great. The Lele o Kohala (LOK) Youth Leadership Training Program for Hawai’i high school students anchors our exploration of leadership in the story of Kamehameha and the legendary landscape of Kohala as we relate them to our own lives and investigate what leadership means today from a Hawaiian perspective.
