Our programs
What are the organization's current programs, how do they measure success, and who do the programs serve?
The Nappie Project
Current program is to establish initial community partners agencies [such as food banks, community clinics, foster parent agencies, etc. ] who serve low-income and poverty level children and families and form collaborative relationships with those agencies to establish a network of distribution of diapers and wipes to those in need.

Charting impact
Four powerful questions that require reflection about what really matters - results.
What is the organization aiming to accomplish?
The Nappie Project is a 501 (c) 3 non-profit dedicated to ensuring that children in Loveland, Ft. Collins and surrounding communities have an adequate supply of diapers to remain clean, dry and healthy. We are committed to raising awareness of diaper need and its impact on families.
What are the organization's key strategies for making this happen?
We partner with 14 agencies in our area to distribute diapers to families who are already receiving other services at those agencies. We work with local government officials to obtain proclamations regarding National Diaper Need Awareness Week and we speak to organizations in our community about diaper need.
What are the organization's capabilities for doing this?
Community members hold diaper drives for us, which we supplement with diapers purchased with financial donation through the Jet Cares program. Our warehouse is part of the Realities for Children campus.
What have they accomplished so far and what's next?
Since inception, we have distributed more than 490,000 diapers to families in Loveland, Ft Collins and Berthoud.
We estimate that we would need to increase distribution at the 2 Food Banks by about 50% to adequately supply clients there.
