To improve the lives of children and families involved in the juvenile justice, child welfare, and family law systems through service as Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA); provide education and training, advocacy, practice, and policy development related to child welfare; and to form collaborative alliances with related Northeast Ohio child-welfare organizations.

Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA) of Cuyahoga County provides qualified, trained, and supervised community volunteers to advocate for the best interests of abused, neglected, and dependent children involved with the Juvenile Court, in collaboration with key agencies and significant individuals in their lives.
