Our programs
What are the organization's current programs, how do they measure success, and who do the programs serve?
Refugee Resettlement
We partner with the Lutheran Immigration and Refugee Service (LIRS) to resettle refugees from over a dozen countries. We provide them with financial support, material support, case management services and employment services to help them achieve self-sufficiency in 90-180 days after arrival.

What is the organization aiming to accomplish?
Our goal is to help every refugee family in our community thrive. That means that across generations, all members of the family are full, contributing members of our community:
-They have a healthy life balance
-They're constructive participants in our society
-They're self-sufficient
-They're able to advocate and lead
-They're accepted by the community
What are the organization's key strategies for making this happen?
In 2019, we set out design a roadmap to help every single refugee family in our community thrive. We researched best practices from around the country, we listened to our community partners and we learned from experts. Then, together with our refugee families, we designed the Path to Thriving, a plan to help refugees move from survivors to citizens.
