We serve our community by offering one on one business consulting services for entrepreneurs and small business to support them in their need from creating a business plan, Human Resources, Marketing and Sales, Technology, Operations, Legal and Compliance, Personal and Professional Development, Support Network, Market Research, Time Management, Resilience and Decision Making and any business needs.

Mariposa LÍDER

A two-and-a-half month program featuring five sessions containing: Personal development, leadership, mental health, nutrition, social skills & personal / professional economical planning. Members graduating from the program are ready to go to the next level of their life and create a business, get back to school or create a better job.

Nuestros Negocios Podcast

adjusting to change we created a podcast, a video podcast that is broadcast on social networks and online radio. In this segment we have specialist guests who talk about a specific topic that concerns entrepreneurs and business owners and that can help solve a problem. This program seeks to inform more people about the existence of organizations that can help them in their language and that they can approach to receive help. It is a form of community outreach and serves to encourage entrepreneurs and business owners to take action, educate themselves and prepare for success.
