Mission

We believe animals are living, breathing, beautiful beings who are someone, not "something". Our mission is to rescue, rehabilitate, advocate and educate on their behalf.
Teaching compassion and kindness to people through direct interaction with the animals.

Notes from the nonprofit

Our goal is to create a kinder and more compassionate world for all living beings! *We RESCUE! We belong to a network of online rescue groups and are contacted across all platforms almost daily with animals in need. *We REHAB! Every animal who finds refuge at the ranch goes directly into quarantine where they undergo exams, allow them time to adjust to new surroundings, and get the necessary medical care to improve quality of life. *We provide PLACEMENT ASSISTANCE! Based on their needs, we have successfully assisted in placing over 300 animals in extremely qualified homes or sanctuaries. *YOUTH PROGRAMS! We provide healing experiences for youth who have experienced drama or come from disadvantaged backgrounds. *We EDUCATE & ADVOCATE! We bring awareness that every animal deserves respect and the right to live without fear. *We are GREEN! We are 100% off-grid to minimize harmful pollution and prevent depletion of our global resources. Thank you for your support!

What we aim to solve

SOURCE: Self-reported by organization

We believe animals are living, breathing, beautiful beings who are someone, not "something". Our mission is to rescue, rehabilitate and educate on their behalf while promoting a cruelty-free lifestyle. We are a non-profit sanctuary offering rescue and refuge to babies discarded by our food industry, specifically dairy and hospice to senior horses and those with medical needs. Once healed and healthy we connect our animals and their stories to help the children in our community to heal. We believe bringing awareness to the plight of factory farmed animals will help create a more compassionate and kinder world for all beings.

Charting impact

Four powerful questions that require reflection about what really matters - results.

The Sale Ranch Animal Sanctuary is a non-profit farm sanctuary offering rescue and refuge to babies discarded by our food industry and hospice to senior horses and those with medical needs. We advocate on behalf of farm animals and equines with the goal of raising awareness to create a kinder world for all animals. Once our animals are healed and healthy we connect the top children in our community with the goal of creating a kinder, more compassionate world for all beings both two and four legged.

We open up the ranch to the community to learn about farm animals that are used for food, be able to connect with them, kiss a cow, belly rub a pig, and hug a goat. We work with several non-profits in the community that bring at risk children to the ranch to meet the animals and learn forgiveness, decompress in a safe environment, and learn compassion.

We have created a calm, peaceful, and safe environment where guests can come and visit. Working with other organizations in our area creates partnerships we need to reach our goals.

We have accomplished building the infrastructure to keep animals healthy, safe, and thriving and a friendly, peaceful, and safe environment for our community to visit.
