Career Education Assistance Program

Introducing HireGround's Career Education Assistance Program (CEAP) an extension of current workforce readiness initiatives. CEAP receives crucial funding from the 2021 American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) and esteemed donors, offering career enhancement services to eligible individuals.

CEAP partners with reputable schools and companies, providing industry-leading career certifications that open doors to success in chosen trades. Participants receive dedicated job placement support, ensuring a smooth entry into the workforce.

CEAP's three vital stages:

Language Proficiency: Building a strong English foundation.
Education and Certification: Approved career pathways leading to valuable industrial certifications.
Professional Development: Equipping participants with workforce preparation and SoftSkills training to best prepare participants to receive a job offer.

HireGround is committed to enhancing the workforce by providing this program for the English-as-a-Second Language population. Through HireGround's partnership with Mango Languages, individuals seeking career or professional development services can hone their English proficiency or further build on becoming proficient in another language seen throughout the workforce.
