TRUE CIRCLE ORGANIZATION

We continually assemble and give out backpacks to homeless people throughout Southern Califonria. Our goal is to temporarily halt suffering, despair and pain. We provide comfort, sustenance and dignity to those who others have turned their backs on for whatever reason.

We also upcycle and recycle items from neighborhoods to help prevent items from going into landfills and repurpose them for humankind and people in need, i.e., we repurpose school backpacks and fill them with food, water, clothes, socks, underwear and toiletries and give them out to people living on the streets, in parks and under bridges. Many of the people we give these Go Bags to are women, children, vets and the elderly. Many have lot their jobs, the owner sold their building and they had to move out and can't afford the high cost of living in California.

We are a young, small and growing nonprofit - just gaining momentum after our first full year in operation. We are actively soliciting corporations and individuals for donations, grants and in-kind donations.

We are hosting a back to school recycle backpack drive, getting the PTA and whole school district involved.
We are working with some Girl Scouts to help them earn a Silver Award.
​We are a Certifying Organization for the President's Volunteer Service Award
We are hosting our first benefit in August.

We have an all-volunteer team of board of directors plus numerous other volunteers who help assemble and distribute the backpacks.
