MID MICHIGAN HUMANE SOCIETY
Programs and results
What we aim to solve
Our programs
What are the organization's current programs, how do they measure success, and who do the programs serve?
Community pet food pantry
We offer dog and cat food to low income and on need families in the Montcalm County area.
Transfer Partners Program
HSofMM helps overcrowded Shelters and Humane Societies from all over the Country by transferring animals into our care that are in need of homes. This transfer of animals not only helps the animals themselves, but it also opens up space at our partner shelters so they have more available room for incoming pets.
Community Education Program
We provide community education to schools, churches and organizations in the Mid Michigan area. We speak with students and groups about responsible pet ownership, the importance of spay and neuter and talk to the group about how HSofMM is helping the pets and people of our community.
