What we aim to solve
The number goal of The Edge is our Mission, to spread the gospel of Christ through year-round camps, conferences, and retreats. We aim to build a scholarship program in the efforts of providing free summer camp to those less fortunate. We know there is a need for a ministry here and believe over-night facilities will become an issue in the future as far as growth.

Goals & Strategy
Learn about the organization's key goals, strategies, capabilities, and progress.
Charting impact
Four powerful questions that require reflection about what really matters - results.
What is the organization aiming to accomplish?
The Edge is a 283 acre year-round camp facilities that was purchased in August 2018. We have been working to cleanup the property and the facilities and also have added a number of activities for youth and adults to enjoy. We are aiming to add many other facilities and activities as well as broaden our marketing reach to share our ministry with many.
What are the organization's key strategies for making this happen?
We have been reaching out through church contacts as well as social media. We offer camps, conferences, and retreats for all ages, youth and adults all year. Our number one strategy is to build our team, partner with churches, and go out to communities and put on camp events in the local communities.
What are the organization's capabilities for doing this?
Our team is growing as the Lord continues to bless. More churches and communities are learning about us as we seek to be a blessing to many ministries. By raising our support level and recruiting additional staff with God giving talents, we are able to do more throughout the year.
What have they accomplished so far and what's next?
As a new ministry, we have accomplished the first major step; which is purchase camp property. We have also started to build our team with eight full time staff members, two part time staff members, and a large group of volunteers that support the mission here at The Edge. We have also visited many churches, preached and shared the ministry. The next step is for us as a team to move forward with onsite single day camps in the fall and spring to encourage summer camp registrations as well as scholarship funds.
