What we aim to solve
We are providing a competitive rowing to underserved youth that would ordinarily get the chance to experience the sport that demonstrates the value of teamwork, hard work, dedication and perseverance. From rowing, they will learn life skills, learn about team dynamics, learn physical fitness, nutrition and more. These are lessons they can take to transform their lives as they grow into adults. Some of those in our program will receive scholarships at universities and colleges around the country for rowing. We are bringing an all encompassing community center to the East End of Houston.

Charting impact
Four powerful questions that require reflection about what really matters - results.

Our goal is to share with middle and high school youth competitive, Olympic-style rowing. Through rowing, they athletes will learn valuable life skills such as teamwork, leadership, self respect, and learn that they are capable of things they thought impossible when acting as a cohesive team.
To quote a legendary rower:
"Harmony, balance, rhythm. These three things stay with you your whole life! Without those three civilization goes out of whack! And that's why an oarsman, when he goes out into the world, he can handle life. And that's what he gets from rowing! Harmony, balance, rhythm. Mark those words." George Pocock, 1965
