WE ARE WORKING HARD TO CREATE MORE LEADERSHIP ROLES AND OPPORTUNITIES FOR WOMEN AND OTHER UNDERREPRESENTED GROUPS IN ALL INDUSTRIES AND FIELDS. WE USE OUR UNIQUELY TAILORED HIGH IMPACT PRACTICES (HIPS) TO STRENGTHEN THE FOUNDATIONS OF THESE ORGANIZATIONS WHICH ENABLES THEM TO HIGHLIGHT THE STRENGTH OF THE COMMUNITIES THEY SERVE.

MICRO PROJECTS
A MICRO PROJECT IS A SHORT-TERM FUNDRAISING EFFORT TO HELP ACHIEVE A SPECIFIC ACTIVITY OR SUPPORT A SPECIFIC INDIVIDUAL. MICRO PROJECTS ARE A GREAT FUNDRAISING TOOL THAT HELPS YOU CAPTURE THE ATTENTION OF DONORS WITH A SPECIFIC, ACTIONABLE GOAL, AND AN URGENT GIVING DEADLINE.

THESE SERVICES ARE TO SUPPORT OR CREATE THEIR OWN BUSINESSES FROM CONCEPT, FUNDING, DEVELOPMENT AND INTO THEIR FULL FIRST YEAR OF REVENUE IF NECESSARY.
