AMERIWORKS
Transforming donations into Jobs
Programs and results
What we aim to solve
Donors want measurable impact on a specific set of problems, and even target what groups it benefits. AmeriWorks was created to make that impact on three specific problems:1) Jobs 2) Homelessness 3) Charity operations with paid volunteers. When a donation is received by AmeriWorks, those funds are given to a local charity in the form of job credits to further their operations. The job credits are available on an innovative app that allows the charity to post jobs such as hire office help, improve social media and marketing presence, or workers for fundraisers and events. AND
The Charity can pay people they hire-individuals from their community, including Vets, homeless, senior and millennials who are looking for flexible work. The end result is the impact to individual lives. Donations are turned into paying jobs for the charity and members in the community, solving the three significant problems in today's world.

Charting impact
Four powerful questions that require reflection about what really matters - results.
What is the organization aiming to accomplish?
AmeriWorks has a goal to create 1 Million Jobs by redirecting donations to designated charities so they have the ability to post jobs and hire individuals for the benefit of their charity. The receiving Charity operations are strengthened by having compensated accountable workers rather than unreliable volunteers.
AmeriWorks targets charities or organizations based on directions of the donors i.e. Veterans Groups, Minorities, Low Income Areas, Homeless Groups etc. producing impactful philanthropy. AmeriWorks creates paid jobs and job training while meeting the donors diversity goals and objectives with full accountability and transparency. AmeriWorks significantly impacts the charity mission, the worker needing income, the donor achieving inspired giving, and most of all, creates social good in our communities.
What are the organization's key strategies for making this happen?
To easily manage the donation of jobs and job training, the charities utilize Band Of Hands, a mobile and web based job platform that allows the designated Charity to choose, hire and pay Workers to help them with their charitable mission or cause. The Workers, who can or may be beneficiaries of the Charities, will be able to accept the work posted by the Charity and receive compensation for the work provided. Most importantly, those in need, the workers, the 95+ million unemployed or underemployed Americans relying on the Organizations themselves, benefit from the donations most by getting a hand up, not a hand out.
AmeriWorks has a functional strategy that has proven to be successful. Utilizing social media, we are able to create and continue to build a strong brand awareness. The goal of this is to increase its individual donor base as well as partnerships with other non-profit organizations.
We are seeking partners of Fortune 500 companies and Private Foundations to achieve the goal of 1 Million Jobs. We welcome introductions so we can explain how your organization can make a powerful impact with charitable giving today.
What are the organization's capabilities for doing this?
With a strong sales and marketing team, AmeriWorks is targeting Corporations, (C) Foundations (F) and Extreme High Wealth Individuals (I) for donations. The features and benefits for each is revolutionary and significant as outlined below:
-Corporate Partners have ability to advertise on a high tech platform
-C, F and I receive audited reports showing donations & details of impact in communities
-C, F and I have One Stop Shop for Donors so they can target specific charities/groups to facilitate impactful giving
-C, F & I has involvement in paid Job Training programs that are outside their business model yet can benefit by higher quality trained work pool to choose from, creating huge Social Good on many levels.
-C, F & I are directly involved in decreasing unemployment
An annual testimonial that show that AmeriWorks has been achieving it's goals is taken from STEP (Support the Enlisted Project):
"Our charity supports military families in times of financial crisis. We have been working with AmeriWorks and Band of Hands for several months and it's really been a game changer for us." Tony T. - CEO July 2016
“There are two groups that AmeriWorks has helped our charity in past.
Military spouses - 68% of military spouses want to work but can't find jobs to work for their circumstances.
Transitioning veterans - AmeriWorks and Band of Hands allows transitioning veterans to earn income today and fill the gap. "Tony T - CEO January 2017
What have they accomplished so far and what's next?
AmeriWorks filed it's first 990N with the IRS and 199N with FTB for 2017. The number of jobs posted in 2017 from donations targeted towards jobs was 80 with an average job price of $142.15. Considering this was the first official year as a 501-C3, AmeriWorks had performance to the mission outlined, create jobs.
For 2018, the goal is the Million Job initiative, which the majority of those jobs can be accomplished by donations from Individuals, Corporations and Foundations.
