Mission

Our mission is to save the lives of vulnerable children and families globally by raising funds for and providing support to organizations improving family health in developing countries. Our initial focus is to ensure the long-term sustainability of Clínica de Familia La Romana, located in the eastern Dominican Republic.

Support for Clínica de Familia La Romana

Clínica de Familia La Romana, a Dominican non-governmental organization, was founded in 1999 as a global health initiative. From its initial pioneering efforts to prevent the transmission of HIV from mothers to babies in the eastern Dominican Republic, Clínica de Familia La Romana has substantially broadened its services and programs to become a full, family-centered, community clinic and now operates two separate facilities, with over 125 staff members and an annual budget of $1.8 million.
