Charting impact
Four powerful questions that require reflection about what really matters - results.
What is the organization aiming to accomplish?
TDWIMI is always in search of individuals and donors who are willing to assist in our goals to redevelop communities and establish potential living, educational, and transitional residencies, with individual personal or challenged credit factors considered.
TDWIMI progresses towards the goals of assisting with housing and residential needs considering the individual needing to be assisted and their financial background and status.Unlike tradition financial institutes TDWIMI wished to be able to assist with purchases and financing of developments for those in problematic situations. As well as developing other sources of assistance for developments that would help other risk factor individuals.
What are the organization's key strategies for making this happen?
Over the past three years TDWIMI has been seeking to establish integrated living sources to help those most in need. To do this we have contacted many local municipalities in assistance and guidance for former developments within the communities that have availability to be redeveloped, rebuilt, or land to be established on. In doing so this task has been a tedious and difficult task as Covid-19 plays a factor and funding from key source supporters and donors.
What are the organization's capabilities for doing this?
What have they accomplished so far and what's next?
In the year of 2021 TDWIMI has purchase lands that are good for small construction of at risk housing units but needs more funding for land large community developments. TDWIMI active seeks other organizations and entities to help meet the need of our goal for developing properties that would stop homelessness worldwide.

- We employ non-traditional ways of gathering feedback on programs and trainings, which may include interviews, roundtables, and external reviews with/by community stakeholders.
- We have community representation at the board level, either on the board itself or through a community advisory board.
- We engage everyone, from the board to staff levels of the organization, in race equity work and ensure that individuals understand their roles in creating culture such that one’s race identity has no influence on how they fare within the organization.
